FAQ
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due before your event. Exact amounts and due dates are listed in your booking agreement.
Rental items that are lost or damaged will be charged at replacement cost.
Items returned after the agreed rental period may be subject to a late fee.
Our baked goods are made in a kitchen that may handle nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy. Please let us know about any allergies before booking.
Client is responsible for confirming venue access, setup times, and any decor rules or restrictions.
We may share photos of your setup on our website and social media. Just let us know if you'd prefer we don't.
Yes! Just keep in mind wind, heat, or rain can affect backdrops, florals, and decor. Outdoor setups are at the client's risk.
